Sobriety and Borderline Personality Disorder (Guest: Michelle)

It's not necessarily common for alcoholics to have Borderline Personality Disorder, but it is quite common for people with BPD to struggle with addiction. Jean welcomes Michelle to explain her experiences with BPD as a person in successful long term recovery.

  1. How do I send a message to this speaker (Michelle)? Is there a way? I could relate with EVERYTHING she said about how she feels, it was pretty terrifying actually. I would like to pick her brain and see if there are any resources or suggestions she might have for something struggling with the same issues... I've been on the edge of relapse because of some of these feelings I have, especially the out-of-control, over-the-top emotions and the girl in my head that lies to me in my own voice. I have 2.5 years sober and would like to keep going but lately I've been feeling like a newcomer, even though I haven't relapsed, but I've come close lately. This is the most time I've ever had. If you could send her a message or ask her if that's ok? Thank you! Stephanie, herheartchild@hotmail.com.
